Overview
Concrete repair is reactive, project-based work: something specific has cracked, chipped, spalled, or broken, and it needs to be fixed correctly — not just patched over with an obviously mismatched gray filler that draws more attention to the damage than the original problem did. We treat every repair as a finish-matching challenge as much as a structural one.
The right repair approach depends entirely on the type and cause of the damage. A hairline surface crack, a structural crack indicating movement, a spalled surface from freeze-thaw damage, and a broken slab corner each call for a different technique — and using the wrong one is why so many concrete repairs fail again within a year or two.
This is distinct from our concrete maintenance program (a proactive, ongoing service relationship for protecting decorative and architectural concrete investments over time). Repair addresses damage that has already happened; maintenance is designed to prevent it from happening in the first place.
