Subgrade & Base Construction
The full lot area is graded, compacted, and built up with engineered base material to support the specified load.
Concrete Placement & Jointing
Concrete is placed in engineered sections with control and expansion joints positioned to manage cracking and long-term movement.
Striping & Final Walkthrough
Striping, signage coordination, and a final walkthrough confirm the lot is complete, compliant, and ready for use.
